Jobgether is seeking a senior regional procurement leader to own the full EMEA procurement portfolio within a rapidly expanding AI infrastructure environment. You will lead the regional Category Management team and establish sourcing standards across major infrastructure spend categories.

You will partner with delivery, project controls, legal, and project procurement to align sourcing with milestones, focusing on securing long-lead equipment and managing supply chain risks before they affect

Qualifications

• 10+ years of procurement leadership in data centers or major infra projects.
• Experience in EMEA supply chains and vendor markets.
• Proven ability to lead Category Management teams and standardize sourcing.
• Experience negotiating master service and framework agreements.

Responsabilités

• Lead the EMEA Category Management team and execute category strategies.
• Develop preferred supplier partnerships and manage supplier relationships.
• Implement global sourcing standards and end-to-end processes across EMEA.
• Own procurement plans for active projects and align with work packages.
• Secure long-lead equipment and identify schedule-critical supply risks early.
• Lead negotiations for regional supply agreements with legal counsel.
• Provide leadership to project procurement leads and drive quality standards.
• Coordinate with regional/project delivery and controls to align sourcing with milestones.
• Provide regional visibility on supplier spend, risks, and performance.
