Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and procurement activities for Data Center initiatives within the Climate Solutions Americas supply chain. You will oversee strategic and tactical sourcing across the full procurement lifecycle, coordinating with factory Purchasing and Materials teams to optimize cost, timing, and supplier partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years purchasing, supply chain, or operations experience within industrial manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of 3-4 sourcing specialists.
• Represent Supply Chain on the global platform management team and influence program scope.
• Deliver cost targets, program milestones, and platform performance metrics.
• Integrate global category strategies with program deliverables to support sourcing alignment.
• Drive standard work across sourcing processes, including RFQs and supplier qualification.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers to support new product launches.
• Support sourcing leads in supplier negotiations, contract development, and inventory planning.
• Advance commodity strategy goals, including cost reduction and Days Payable Outstanding improvement.
• Develop regional alternate sources to strengthen supply chain resilience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier capacity for rapid Data Center growth.
