Boston Scientific Gruppe is seeking a procurement professional to develop and execute sourcing strategies for Indirect Sourcing categories and manage supplier relationships. The role emphasizes cost reduction, process improvement, and working with cross-functional teams across the site and global groups.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement, experience with RFPs, E-Sourcing, and lean principles, and will help shape a world-class indirect sourcing function within a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Licenciature degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electronic, Biotechnology, Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years in procurement (Sourcing or purchasing).

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead optimal sourcing strategies for Indirect Sourcing categories.
• Drive cost reduction and service improvements through supplier relationships.
• Lead RFPs and utilize E-Sourcing and Reverse Auctions tools.
• Collaborate with Global Equipment Engineering Group and internal stakeholders to optimize processes.
