IQVIA seeks a Financial Clinical Operations Manager in France to lead contracting strategies and spearhead start‑up activities for complex studies. You will coordinate budgets, site agreements, and regulatory documentation while driving efficiency with sponsors and RSU teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years in sponsor/CRO contracting, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in site activation and regulatory compliance within international studies.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of sponsor or CRO contract experience including international contract expert.
• Extensive experience in site activation contract management and regulatory compliance.
• Proven expertise in negotiating and managing clinical trial agreements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare budget grids, contracting strategies and coordination of grants for proposals.
• Oversee contract templates, budgeting systems, processes and training materials.
• Manage site regulatory documentation and clinical trial agreements with sponsors and sites.
• Monitor contracting performance metrics ensuring timelines and regulatory standards.
