Richemont Iberia SL seeks a senior channel sales professional in Paris to lead channel strategy across direct, online and retail. You will identify opportunities, set targets and monitor performance to ensure the channel meets or exceeds sales goals.

You will manage partner relationships, negotiate contracts, and provide training and support so partners can sell effectively. CRM oversight and compliance with guidelines are included.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent required.
• Extensive experience in channel/sales leadership and supervising others.
• Experience with multi-channel sales including direct, online and retail.
