Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in road freight or freight forwarding.
• Commercial experience is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Entrepreneurial mindset and international outlook.
• Strong ability to persuade, motivate, negotiate, and influence.

Responsabilités

• Develop supply chain solutions to support our go-to-market strategy.
• Call carriers, confirm availability, and negotiate transportation rates.
• Maintain and grow relationships with carrier accounts.
• Research new carriers, generate leads, and build relationships.
• Ensure customer load requirements are met on scheduled shipments.
• Identify backup carriers for critical situations and adapt quickly.
