sennder, based in Lyon, France, is seeking a Transport and Carrier Operations Manager to join our Operational department on-site in the Lyon office. The role focuses on building relationships with carriers, negotiating spot market commitments, and ensuring timely shipments to support customer go-to-market strategies.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in road freight/operations, with strong English communications; additional language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 2 years in road freight or freight operations roles.
• Excellent English (verbal and written); Spanish/Italian a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop supply chain solutions to support go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain and grow relationships with customer and carrier accounts.
• Negotiate transportation rates and contractual commitments with carriers.
• Coordinate calls to determine availability and commitments.
