sennder in Lyon, France is seeking a Carrier & Account Transport Operations professional to join our in-office team. You will build contractual carrier relationships, negotiate spot market commitments, and manage day-to-day carrier communications to ensure on-time deliveries.

You will develop supply chain solutions aligned with our customers’ goals, identify new carrier opportunities, and maintain ongoing carrier accounts while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a road freight role and as a freight forwarder.
• Commercial experience is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsabilités

• Develop supply chain solutions to support the go-to-market strategy.
• Call carriers to secure availability, rates and commitments.
• Provide day-to-day status updates and resolve issues.
• Maintain and grow carrier relationships and seek new opportunities.
• Research new carriers and generate leads.
