Tata Consultancy Services France is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to expand the client portfolio in manufacturing, based in Paris.

You will hunt new logos, nurture 3–4 accounts, lead responses to RFIs/RFQs, and shape winning proposals with Business, IT and R&D stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience, including 5 years in a similar sales role for services and solutions.
• Exposure to discrete manufacturing, especially automotive with OEMs and Tier1s.
• Strong commercial drive and ability to identify deals and lead prospecting campaigns.
• Broad tech culture including ERP, CRM, MES, Plant Solutions, AI, CIO advisory.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Drive elaboration and implementation of the sales strategy with Prospects and Clients
• Hunt and develop business with prospects, open new opportunities with stakeholders from Business, IT, R&D, etc.
• Lead the response to RFIs, RFQs, with engagements in Expertise and T&M or Fixed-price projects, for multi-year engagement
• Analyze the technical and business needs of customers, adapt potential offers, find winning strategies, negotiate and close deals, address legal terms and conditions
• Build and expand external and internal networks by relying on key stakeholders from customer side or ecosystem of advisors or software partners
• Ensure loyalty and growth of the existing perimeter

Connaissances

12+ years experience

Experience in sales of services and/or

Exposure to discrete manufacturing

Strong commercial drive

Broad tech culture (ERP/CRM/MES/AI)

Fluent English and French
