EPI is seeking a B2B Partner Operations Specialist to be the trusted operational partner to member banks and payment partners, delivering timely, high-quality support and contributing to product improvements. You will be part of a collaborative team that values curiosity and ownership in delivering a product that works for its users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a B2B partner support or client-facing operations role.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision making.
• Experience supporting fintech/payments ecosystems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary relationship contact for member banks, PSPs and other B2B partners.
• Own and manage support cases in Jira Service Desk with timely follow-up.
• Analyze support data and KPIs, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate advisory conversations with member banks and support them in implementation.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues with urgency during Major Incidents.
• Collaborate with second- and third-line teams to improve product and processes.
• Support onboarding and RBAC access for new partners.
• Keep internal knowledge base up to date with lessons learned.
