Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to drive adoption and deployment of its AI solutions across industrial enterprises. You will work with C-level stakeholders to design roadmaps, coordinate with the Applied AI team to deliver production-grade AI, and ensure smooth transitions from pre- to post-sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing strategic/technical role.
• Deep understanding of computational mechanics or multi-physics simulation.
• Familiarity with industry tools (Ansys, COMSOL, OpenFOAM, SimScale).
• Degree in CS, Data Science, or Engineering.
• Strong foundations in AI/ML/Data Science with advisory credibility.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python/JavaScript).
• Solid business acumen and structured problem-solving.
• Executive presence and ability to interact with VP/C-level stakeholders.
• Resilient, results-driven, collaborative leader.

Responsabilités

• Lead executive workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities.
• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers and define value paths.
• Partner with Account Executives to build business cases and ROI.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions integrated into workflows.
• Collaborate with Applied AI to prototype and deploy production solutions.
• Own pilots and proofs-of-value to enable full deployments.
• Advise customers on AI strategy to maximize value.
• Monitor KPIs and report outcomes to sponsors.
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
• Bridge customers with internal teams and scale go-to-market assets.
• Create playbooks and reusable assets for delivery excellence.
• Travel 30-60% for on-site deployment and relationship building.
