Vocca is building AI voice agents to transform patient–provider interactions in healthcare. We seek a Strategic Account Manager to own client satisfaction, retention and expansion, serving health centers, hospitals and practices in France.

You will be the main contact for our clients, driving onboarding to success, measuring impact, and identifying upsell opportunities. Join a fast-growing team shaping the future of healthcare conversations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or Consulting.
• Strong ability to communicate with diverse profiles, incl. non-technical.
• Understand tech challenges and how to address them.
• Organised with strong prioritisation and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for clients, ensuring onboarding to success.
• Develop trusted relationships with healthcare centers, hospitals, and practices.
• Drive usage, satisfaction, and loyalty; identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product/Sales to relay client feedback and improvements.
