Job summary

Vocca, an AI voice agent provider for medical centres, seeks a technical leader to own the booking layer architecture and integration roadmap. You will collaborate with sales, operations and clinics to prioritize integrations, ensuring fast, reliable calls and a scalable platform.

You will work closely with ops, support, and vendors in France and the US, hire engineers, and guide the team through a high-growth phase in a hybrid Paris office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience building products in production in startups; strong technical ownership.

Responsibilities

• Architect the unified booking layer in TypeScript (Node) and standardize vendor integrations.
• Ensure speed and reliability for ~1M calls/month; define booking failure detection.
• Define the roadmap for supported software integrations with sales/ops/support and clinics.
• Manage vendor relationships in France and the US; contribute to hiring engineers.
