Job summary

Vocca, based in Paris, is seeking a Product Manager to own outcomes end to end on your scope—from market research to roadmap and impact measurement. You will align stakeholders across CEO, CTO, Head of Engineering, Head of Sales, and Head of Ops to drive fast, high-quality execution.

You will shape Epics, prioritize with the product team, and ship features that move KPIs, while building a culture of written knowledge and leading product marketing rollouts to clients and prospects.

Qualifications

• Solid PM craft in discovery and delivery.
• Fluent in English and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-fluent with SQL and comfortable with SaaS fundamentals.
• Experience using AI tools to boost output is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy on your scope: gather needs from Ops, clients, and prospects, leverage data, set KPIs, and align leadership.
• Own the roadmap: shape Epics, prioritize with the product team, and structure cross-team communication company-wide.
• Drive delivery with engineering: refine specs for quality and velocity, ship to production, measure impact on KPIs.
• Build a culture of written knowledge across workflows to scale context.
• Lead product marketing rollouts internally with sales and enablement and externally via newsletters and feature announcements.
