XPO Logistics, a leader in innovative transport and logistics solutions, seeks a Strategic Account Manager Construction Europe to grow a portfolio of strategic pan-European customers. Reporting to the Construction Sector Market Leader, you will build trusted partnerships across Europe and drive performance.

You will manage cross-functional teams, lead negotiations, and ensure excellence across multiple countries while delivering sustainable, profitable growth and strong customer value.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in transport, logistics, supply chain, or construction.
• Proven track record of managing strategic international accounts.
• Experience with customers in construction, building materials, industrial manufacturing, or infrastructure is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic Construction accounts across Europe.
• Define and execute European Account Plans to drive growth.
• Build relationships with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Executive stakeholders.
• Lead pan-European commercial negotiations and coordinate international tenders.
• Ensure consistent commercial and operational execution across multiple countries.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on customer commitments.
• Monitor account performance through financial and operational KPIs.
• Identify supply chain optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
