XPO Logistics is seeking a Strategic Account Manager Aerospace & Defense Europe to drive growth across a portfolio of pan-European customers. You will lead cross-functional teams, negotiate complex agreements and shape European account plans with senior stakeholders.

Reporting to the Aerospace & Defense Sector Market Leader, you will coordinate Sales, Solutions and Finance across multiple countries, monitor performance, and identify optimization opportunities to deliver sustained

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years' experience in transport, logistics or supply chain.
• Proven track record managing strategic international or pan-European accounts.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense logistics is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and financial acumen.
• Fluent English is essential; an additional European language is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic Aerospace & Defense accounts across Europe.
• Define and execute European Account Plans to drive profitable growth.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including Procurement, Supply Chain and Executive leadership.
• Lead pan-European commercial negotiations and coordinate international tenders.
• Ensure consistent commercial, contractual and operational execution across countries.
• Coordinate Sales, Operations, Solutions, Finance, Legal and IT teams within a matrix organization.
• Monitor business performance through revenue, profitability, service quality and key KPIs.
• Identify supply chain optimization opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
