BIMBA Y LOLA is a creative fashion brand seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in Paris, delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the brand philosophy. The role focuses on driving sales, supervising daily store operations, and maintaining visual standards to inspire loyalty among customers.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will build a motivated team, achieve targets, train staff, and ensure the store runs smoothly with high standards of service and presentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store management experience.
• Fluency in English or Spanish (advanced).
• Customer-centric with a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Meet the store targets and customer service standards.
• Manage and organize day-to-day duties in the store, regarding Customer Service, Product, Visual Merchandising and Quality, following Bimba y Lola procedures.
• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability.
• Hire, train, and assess store employees' productivity and performance.
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store.
• Oversee stock and store operations.
