Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Store / General Manager in Brétigny-sur-Orge to lead a dedicated team and deliver an exceptional consumer experience. You will focus on driving sales, service, visual presentation, and talent development within the store.

You’ll lead daily operations, manage KPIs, and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment while upholding the Crocs brand values and asset protection policies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of total retail experience.
• Proven leadership skills to empower and drive team results.
• Strong communication skills in English and local language (written and verbal).
• Proven success with setting and delivering store KPIs and building customer loyalty.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using the Crocs service model (C.H.A.R.M).
• Lead store team to surpass performance metrics in sales and service.
• Apply analytical thinking and company reporting to identify opportunities and drive decisions.
• Lead visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and store operations standards.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment and promote internal growth.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines with follow-up.
• Contribute to a team environment that shares suggestions and concerns.
• Assist in various departments including customer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, stock room management.
• Support daily execution of retail operations including POS usage, pricing, markdowns, loyalty programs, cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies including shortage prevention and inventory control.

Overview

As the Store / General Manager you will lead a dedicated team of store associates & leaders every day, to create an exceptional consumer experience. Your focus will be on driving sales, providing excellent customer service, maintaining visual presentations, and developing talent within the store. This role offers opportunities to grow and collaborate with industry leading teammates and partners.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our C.H.A.R.M service model
• Leads the store team in surpassing performance metrics including sales, consumer service and charms
• Apply analytical thinking & company reporting to find opportunities within store, empowering the team to make strategic decisions
• Lead visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards throughout the store
• Build Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that engages promotes internal growth and builds an external network of talent
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines while ensuring effective follow up on daily activities
• Contribute to crafting a team environment that encourages sharing of suggestions, ideas, and concerns while upholding Crocs Inc. values
• Learn & assist in various departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support team members in the daily execution of retail operations i.e., POS system management and use, stock replenishment, assist in pricing and markdown processes seasonally, promote loyalty programs, maintain cleanliness and recovery standards etc.
• Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• 4+ years of total retail experience, preferably with previous Store Manager experience.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to challenge, empower, and drive team results
• Strong communication skills in English and local language (written and verbal) to successfully connect with store team members, operations managers, district managers and corporate partners
• Proven success with setting and delivering store KPIs and building customer loyalty
• Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance being essential
• A genuine excitement for retail and sales, with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences for all consumers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with consumers and team members alike.
• A proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and different POS systems
