The role requires strong leadership, clienteling and CRM expertise, with a focus on customer management and team development at the store level in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth and retention of client portfolio through strategic clienteling and CRM activities.
• Analyze results and implement action plans with headquarters and ensure follow-up at store level.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team through training and performance reviews.
• Manage inventory levels, stocktakes, and product flows for optimal availability.
• Oversee all administrative, cash-handling and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Promote the brand culture internally and externally.

Store Manager Paris

As an experienced Store Manager, your main mission is to develop turnover and to optimize retail profitability of the store by respecting the commercial business strategy, internal processes, values, and image of the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Driving the growth and retention of client portfolio through strategic clienteling and CRM activities;
• Analyzing the results and implement action plans defined with the headquarters and guarantee follow-up at the store level;
• Leading, motivating, and continuously developing the team through training sessions and regular performance reviews;
• Managing inventory levels, stocktakes, and product flows to ensure optimal product availability;
• Overseeing all administrative, cash-handling, and reporting processes within the store;
• Ensuring compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and quality standards;
• Promoting the culture of the brand internally and externally.

Requirements:

• Relevant retail management experience in the sector;
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation;
• Strong customer management abilities, service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
