The role emphasizes analyzing sales trends, directing merchandising moves, and maintaining high performance through strong customer service and teamwork. You will support onboarding and collaborate with regional leadership to drive results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of standing, lifting up to 25 lbs./12 kg during shifts.
• Knowledge of employment laws including compliance with local requirements.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to support real-time decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize product presentation.
• Monitor loss prevention standards and store audits.
• Lead or rotate ownership of areas like Talent, Visuals, Operations.
• Provide customers with detailed product information.
• Communicate priorities and KPI targets to sales teammates.
• Support onboarding and training with store and regional leadership.
