You will coach teammates, uphold product standards, and contribute to a high-performance culture across the store. The role requires strong communication, 1 year of retail experience, and willingness to work full-time including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Willingness to work full-time including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, lift and move cartons up to 25 lbs/12 kg.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time strategic decisions.
• Analyze merchandise reports and adjust presentations for optimal display.
• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audits.
• Lead or rotate ownership of areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations.
• Provide customers with detailed information about products.
• Communicate with leadership about accidents or injuries promptly.
• Set clear priorities and sales/KPI targets with teammates.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training with store and regional teams.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
