Under Armour in Roubaix, France is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, coach teammates, and deliver results in a customer-focused environment.

You will drive sales, manage payroll, and oversee merchandising while upholding Under Armour standards and policies. This role offers opportunities for growth within a global brand and requires flexibility for full-time hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (hand-held and mobile devices).
• Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons up to 25 lbs./12kgs.

Responsabilités

• Support the business plan by driving the achievement of sales, profitability, and other key objectives for the store.
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions.
• Manage payroll and schedule adjustments to maximize productivity.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation and maintain brand standards.
