Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Retail Operations Lead to drive and support retail initiatives across stores, collaborating with regional management to build an enduring retail footprint. • 5+ years of relevant work experience in retail.
• Strong experience in project management, coordinating cross-functional teams from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal stock levels and inventory accuracy by monitoring sell-through rates and product flow strategy in store.
• Plan visual change-outs in advance and address daily visual updates to optimise sell-through.
• Oversee talent-related matters including time tracking, payroll, absence, conduct, and performance.
• Ensure effective in-store training delivered by the training lead.
• Implement development plans for team leads to support professional growth and performance.
• Lead recruitment for lead advisors and advisors and deliver strong onboarding for new hires.
• Ensure optimum team coverage by creating and managing schedules.
• Implement action plans to maintain high team engagement based on engagement survey feedback.
• Maintain high stock accuracy and operational efficiency through effective BoH strategies, including leading the development and management of the BoH team.
• Ensure smooth transportation of products with the product operations team and oversee stock counts from preparation to investigation of discrepancies.
