Smoore is seeking a senior retail leader to own overseas retail end-to-end, translating HQ strategy into locally executable plans while owning P&L and building the teams and systems to grow market share. This hands-on role requires strategic thinking and the ability to operate at the store level.

You will drive KPI-aligned performance across markets, manage budgets, develop data-driven rhythms, standardize store tiering, and design training and incentives to lift productivity while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, international trade, business English or business management.
• 5+ years in overseas retail operations or sales management.
• Proven P&L ownership and ROI analysis.
• Fluent English as working language.

Responsabilités

• Own the retail P&L for the market and drive KPI-based results.
• Manage the full budget cycle with ROI tracking and cost-efficiency reviews.
• Build a data-driven operating rhythm across sell-in, sell-through, conversion, repeat rate and per-store output.
• Set up standardized store-tiering system and oversee POSM rollout with audits.
• Translate HQ strategy to local execution and align local team on goals and rhythm.
• Equip frontline with tiered training and incentive structure to lift productivity.
