AllSaints Retail Limited in Paris is seeking a Floor Manager to support the brand leader and store manager in guiding a stylist team to deliver an exceptional brand experience for customers on-site and online. You will coach, motivate and manage performance to meet sales targets while upholding our service standards.

In this role you will oversee day-to-day store operations, plan floor coverage and rotas, respond to first line customer enquiries, and collaborate with the customer experience team

Qualifications

• Experience conveying brand values and delivering exceptional in-store service.
• Ability to coach and motivate stylists to achieve sales targets.
• Proficient with reporting technologies and handling customer inquiries across channels.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the stylist team to deliver exceptional brand experience.
• Oversee frontline customer queries via emails, chats, and calls.
• Collaborate with the customer experience team to manage KPIs and SLAs.
• Be an ambassador for AllSaints, inspiring customers and team with product knowledge.
• Plan floor layouts and rotas to ensure optimal store performance and brand presentation.
