On is seeking a Lead Store Advisor in Paris to lead our retail team and deliver a premium customer experience. You will leverage your leadership skills to drive sales, mentor Store Advisors, and uphold operational excellence.

Your responsibilities include supervising customer interactions, optimizing inventory and visual merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and contributing ideas to improve store processes. Fluency in French and business English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and inspire your team.
• Ability to read, write and speak French and business English.

Responsabilités

• Brand Champion: embody and communicate our brand philosophy and culture in customer interactions.
• Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and tailored solutions.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate Store Advisors; manage daily zoning schedules for optimal coverage.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and maintain a secure, organized store environment.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and contribute ideas for merchandising and store events.
• Assist with inventory tasks and ensure stock levels meet customer demand.
• Train the store team on processes and best practices, and collaborate with leadership on improvements.
• Serve as IT and systems point of contact for the store and support in-store technology.
