Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Store Design and Visual Merchandising assistant for the EMEA team. You will support Store Designers and VM designers on space creation, merchandising guidelines, and store openings, contributing to local adaptations and documentation.

You will produce 3D visuals, APS packages, and APD drawings, while coordinating with shopfitters and markets to ensure accurate implementation and installations. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite is required.

Qualifications

• Interior design education required; minimum 3rd year.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Experience using Mac platform.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Designer and Visual Merchandising team in SD & VM projects across EMEA.
• Produce 3D visuals (SketchUp) for internal and external validation.
• Create preliminary plan packages (APS) for markets.
• Produce technical plans (APD) for markets and shopfitters.
• Monitor shopfitter production and verify plans up to installation.
• Adapt global guidelines for product launches and local production needs.
• Design POSM elements and trade elements for local requirements.
