Job summary

Goyard, a Paris-based luxury leather goods house, seeks a Stock Controller to support the sales team and ensure a seamless customer journey. In strict compliance with Maison Goyard's policies, you will manage deliveries, storage, and inventory processes.

Key duties include cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, IT-assisted receipts and transfers, and staff support by rotating between stockroom and sales floor. This role is on site in Paris.

Qualifications

• You have initial experience in stock management and are comfortable with IT tools.
• Versatile, organised and detail-oriented, you adapt quickly to your environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and store deliveries
• Ensure a logical and efficient organisation of the various storage areas
• Handle the physical and IT processing of receipts, shipments and transfers
• Prepare and participate in cycle counts and year-end inventories, and investigate discrepancies
• Complete after-sales service (SAV) forms in the internal software, where applicable
• Manage the buffer stock of packaging materials and its replenishment
• Restock references available in the proximity storage areas
• Participate in the organisation of sales floor and packaging areas
• Provide support to the sales team by carrying out rotations between the stockroom and the sales floor as needed
