Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Station Supervisor II to lead operations at large stations. You will assist the Station Manager, oversee daily tasks, coordinate vehicle fleet, and ensure a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development and adherence to safety and company policies while driving efficiency and profitability at the station.

• Experience in a supervisory or operational role in car rental or customer service.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations at large stations, supporting the Station Manager.
• Coordinate vehicle fleet, rentals, returns and cleaning schedules for efficiency.
• train, supervise and evaluate staff; manage shifts and workload.
• support sales targets, budgeting and cost control for profitability.
