the company is seeking a Team Leader for Location Management to lead on-site operations and coordinate with central departments. You will manage the local fleet, oversee processes, and ensure excellent customer service across Europe.

Successful candidates will have 1–2 years in related roles, a driving license, and strong communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is a plus. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing campervan rental environment.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in car rental, tourism, or similar
• Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous
• High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor
• You are a hands-on and effective communicator
• You are a resilient problem solver and highly organized
• You speak excellent english, on top you also speak the language for the country you applied for fluently
• Driver's license Class B

Responsabilités

• Lead the location on-site and collaborate with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations
• Coordinate vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation while implementing existing standards and processes
• Maintain constant communication with international teams to drive ongoing improvements
• Motivate and lead the on-site team, including onboarding, task planning and quality control
• Build your team and recruit for your location
• Oversee the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales, including documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners
• Advise customers on products such as rents and related services and ensure they become happy customers across Europe

The role - your passion

• Your the company Station - Location Management: You take on the independent leadership and establishment of the location, closely collaborating with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site

• Process Optimization: You successfully implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas (coordinating vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation)

• Collaboration with the company Stations: You maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing improvements

• Team Leadership: As a Team Leader, you motivate and lead your on-site team. This includes onboarding, effective task planning, and quality control

• Recruitment: You have control over building your team and seek the right talent for your location

• Fleet Management: You always have an overview of the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales: documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners

• Customer Consultation: You advise customers on our products, myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent, and send them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of Europe

What you need to surf the wave with us

Your SalaryWe transparency. The salary range for this position is between 36,000 EUR and 38,000 EUR gross per year. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better during the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will work together to determine which level within the salary band is the best fit for you. In an annual feedback meeting, your salary will be reviewed at least once a year.
