Norton Rose Fulbright is offering an internship for law graduates or master 2 students specializing in business law to join our Corporate – MENA Zone team in Paris. This role focuses on corporate matters, banking & finance, and more, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience.

Candidates should have strong legal knowledge, fluency in English, and experience with legal research and contract drafting. The position will involve conducting legal research, drafting contracts, and assisting in daily case work.

Qualifications

• Law graduate or current master 2 student specializing in business law.
• Strong legal knowledge, preferably with business education background.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Internship – Corporate MENA Zone (January – June 2027)

We are seeking law graduates or current master 2 students specializing in business law to join our Corporate – MENA Zone team.

Team Overview

The Corporate – MENA Zone team, based in Paris and Casablanca, focuses on corporate (including M&A), banking & finance, capital markets, real estate, competition, and regulatory matters across Morocco, Northern Africa, and francophone sub‑Saharan Africa.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal notes.
• Draft contracts in French or English.
• Participate in audits and assist partners and associates in managing daily case work.

Qualifications

• Law graduate or master 2 student in business law.
• Strong legal knowledge, preferably complemented by a dual education (business school, IEP, Anglo‑Saxon university).
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
