Une société industrielle recherche un stagiaire pour soutenir les contrôleurs dans la préparation des rapports financiers et l'analyse des données. Le candidat idéal doit être en fin de programme en école de commerce, posséder des compétences analytiques solides et une bonne maîtrise d'Excel, Power BI est un plus. Ce poste offre une véritable immersion dans un environnement de contrôle financier dynamique.

Qualifications

• Fin de programme en École de Commerce.
• Intérêt pour la finance et le contrôle dans un environnement industriel.
• Capacité à gérer un volume élevé de données complexes.

Responsabilités

• Aider à la préparation des rapports financiers pour la direction.
• Préparer la consolidation des données financières mensuelles.
• Participer à l'analyse des volumes de ventes et des marges.

Détails de la Mission

Conso reporting (with the Reporting controller)

• Support the controller in preparing the reporting for the BU (P&L, TWC), consolidating data from regions, issuing financial dashboards for review by BU management, working to tight deadlines
• Preparing Management reports and presentations
• Specific business reports and analysis, including ad-hoc reports
• Ad-hoc analysis as required by Management, Corporate, Arkema for data by product line

Industrial (with the Industrial controller)

• Support the controller with the monthly reporting of the manufacturing costs and production volumes.
• Prepare financial data consolidation and follow-up of CAPEX
• LEAP controlling : support in preparing the report on variable costs savings / margin improvement project for the BU

Steering Unit (with the SU controllers)

• Support SU controller with the reporting for the Steering Units activity, participate to the preparation of Steering Units RCGs & monthly analysis (Sales database, Segment analysis)
• Participate to sales volume / pricing and margin analysis for GBU management
• Support controller in monitoring business projects to boost dedicated segments (S&B ambition, Paints, PU developments)

Profil Recherché

End of program in Business School

Knowledge and interest in finance and controlling, within an industrial manufacturing environment

Show analytical skills, able to manage high volume of complex data

IT / Excel / PPT skills, if possible other finance tools (Power BI, Onestream)

Work on documents in English
