Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience in SaaS or marketplace.
• Strong proficiency in Java or Kotlin with backend architecture knowledge.
• Ownership mindset from conception to delivery and beyond.
• Experience with scalable architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable in English; thrives in an English-speaking environment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with product managers and designers to translate user needs into technical solutions.
• Own features end-to-end from sketch to release and beyond.
• Keep a fast deployment rhythm with balanced speed and quality.
• Drive architectural decisions, aiming for modular, scalable designs.
• Mentor teammates on AI-driven tooling and best practices.
