Sonepar is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect – Data, Integration & Business Transformation to define and drive the architecture strategy across data, integration, and processes. You will partner with leaders, regional IT teams, and Data & Analytics to advance modernization and digital transformation of Sonepar’s global operations.

The role emphasizes governance, standardization, and scalable solutions across ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Integration Architecture, or business transformation roles.
• Strong expertise in data platforms, integration architectures, APIs and event-driven solutions, and cloud ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of business process architecture and transformation methodologies.
• Excellent communication and ability to bridge business and technology.

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect – Data, Integration & Business Transformation to define and drive our enterprise architecture strategy across data, integration, and business processes.

Working with business leaders, regional IT teams, and Data & Analytics organizations, you will support the modernization, harmonization, and digital transformation of Sonepar’s global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Sonepar’s enterprise data architecture, governance, and standards.
• Lead the integration strategy, ensuring seamless connectivity across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Data and AI platforms.
• Support enterprise-wide business transformation and process optimization initiatives.

• Drive standardization, scalability, and interoperability across regions and business units.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Integration Architecture, or business transformation roles.
• Strong expertise in enterprise data platforms, integration architectures, APIs, event-driven solutions, and cloud ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of business process architecture and transformation methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B distribution, retail, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
• Familiarity with omnichannel commerce and customer experience ecosystems.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Azure, SAP, MuleSoft, Kafka, Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies.
• Exposure to AI-enabled transformation initiatives and modern data ecosystems.

Work Mode & Location

- Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème) after the trial period
