Sonepar in Paris is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure quality at every stage of delivery, leveraging automation, AI-assisted testing, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate innovation and reduce risk.
You will report to the QA Director, work in a digital factory with 300+ professionals worldwide, and participate in evolving QA processes. The role offers a hybrid work model after probation.

As a Quality Engineer, you will ensure quality at every stage of delivery, leveraging automation, AI-assisted testing, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate innovation, reduce risk, and ensure reliable, high-quality digital products for our customers.
Your workspace? A digital factory bustling with over 300 top-tier professionals all over the world, from different companies, you’ll directly report to our QA Director.
Act as a Quality Engineer within a delivery team, contributing to product quality and delivery confidence
Contribute to defining acceptance criteria, identifying risks early, and driving risk ‑ based testing
Design, implement, and maintain automated tests (E2E, API, functional) integrated into CI/CD pipelines
Perform exploratory and manual testing when required for complex or high ‑ risk features
Investigate test failures, analyse root causes, and drive corrective action
Support release readiness, regression scope definition, and quality sign ‑ off
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, architects, and fellow Qe
Contribute to the evolution of QA processes, standards, metrics, and shared automation practices
Participate in cross ‑ team quality initiatives, including test observability and AI ‑ assisted testing, with a strong interest in AI ‑ enabled Quality Engineering practices
Experience in Quality Engineering / Quality Assurance in Agile and DevOps environments,
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and maintaining their reliability,
Proficiency in English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment,
Openness to exploring and adopting AI‑supported tools and practices to improve testing, automation, or productivity (prior hands‑on experience is a plus, but not required),
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional and international teams,
Experience with CRM, ERP, or large‑scale digital platforms is a plus.
