Malt is seeking a Staff/Principal Platform Engineer to define and drive the long-term platform technical strategy across backend and frontend systems. You will architect foundations, prototype autonomous AI agent workflows, and deliver Platform-as-a-Product with self-service tools, while coding the hard parts and mentoring engineers in a hybrid Paris-based environment.

15+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Responsabilidades

Set the long-term platform tech strategy and roadmap across backend and frontend.
Architect platform foundations with cross-team leaders for enterprise-grade capabilities.
Prototype, scale, and embed autonomous AI agents into the SDLC to aid product teams.
Deliver Platform-as-a-Product with self-service tools, components and guardrails.
Contribute code to the platforms you design and unblock others.
Raise engineering standards and drive reviews and best practices.
Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across the platform team.
Drive alignment of backend, frontend, and leadership around agentic architectures.
