Qonto is seeking a CS&D Manager to own a high-volume client portfolio, driving activation, retention, and revenue growth across our largest segment. You will work at the intersection of data, relationship management, and commercial impact, using AI-powered dashboards and Salesforce indicators to stay one step ahead of your clients.

You'll collaborate with senior decision-makers, contribute to playbooks, and help shape how the team operates at scale from our Paris/ Barcelona hubs.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused professional with experience managing large B2B client portfolios.
• Experience with fintech, banking, or B2B SaaS environments.
• Skilled in using CRM signals and analytics dashboards.
• Strong revenue growth with account upsell and product adoption.
• Calm, solution-focused under pressure.
• AI-savvy, using AI tools to draft outreach and analyze data.

Responsabilités

• Own a high-volume client portfolio end-to-end across Qonto's largest segment.
• Turn data signals into action using CRM alerts and AI dashboards to prioritize accounts.
• Keep clients active, engaged, and growing with proactive outreach and issue resolution.
• Run campaigns that convert: offer credits, drive product adoption and payment conversion.
• Help build scalable playbooks and processes for portfolio management.
