Job summary

Qonto is seeking a Staff Data Analyst - Compliance to build analytics foundations powering regulatory processes. You will own monitoring funnels, remediation campaigns, and financial exposure while partnering with Product, Ops, Risk & Compliance, and Internal Control under Alma, Lead Data Analyst.

You will work in a data-driven, AI-forward environment with unlimited access to AI tools to accelerate analytics and decision-making across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience with KYC/KYB, AML or similar regulatory/operational processes.
• Design dashboards and models for end users to explore data autonomously.
• Ability to manage competing analytical priorities across teams and drive adoption.
• Build end-to-end transformation pipelines and ensure data quality for non-technical stakeholders.
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate analytics work and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Build compliance monitoring data infrastructure from onboarding funnel to remediation exposure.
• Collaborate with Product, Ops, Risk & Compliance to scope and ship analytical tools.
• Own the KYC/KYB funnel analytics end-to-end from CS initiation to KYB validation.
• Measure remediation campaigns and financial exposure across active campaigns.
• Track metrics during peak periods like budget season and reforecast windows.
