ESPN Events is seeking a Coordinator to support onsite operations for basketball and football events in Charlotte, NC. You will assist with sales proposals, recaps, and administrative functions within the ESPN Events Division.

Responsibilities include providing onsite event support, aiding ticket and marketing strategies, tracking teams, inventory control, and budgeting tasks. Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in a professional or large event-based setting.
• Strong computer skills including knowledge and use of all Microsoft Office programs.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provides onsite operational support for ESPN Events-owned basketball and football events.
• Assists on projects relating to ticketing, marketing strategies, and game operations.
• Supports recruitment and tracking of teams for basketball events and manages historical event data.
• Provides key operational support including sales support, inventory control, and sales fulfillment.
• Assists events group in administrative roles including event gift/inventory management and budgeting.
• Supports additional duties as assigned.
