Job summary

Greystar is hiring a part-time leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across two communities in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on achieving occupancy and revenue goals through tours, applications, and careful move-in coordination.

This multi-site position requires a flexible schedule (Mon-Fri with rotating weekends) not to exceed 30 hours/week, and may involve occasional travel to assist other properties. Strong marketing and renewal support are key.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Licenses/certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including tours, applications, screening, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments before move-in and coordinates maintenance.
• Monitors market conditions and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs marketing activities to drive traffic using Craigslist, Facebook, email and other sites.
• Uses on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet standards and prepares the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Supports lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and contacting renewing residents.
• Responds promptly to concerns and coordinates with staff.
