Jobtailor is seeking a motivated candidate to manage performance-focused digital campaigns, optimize client outcomes, and collaborate with Data, Product, Content, and Marketing teams.

You will participate in recommendations and client presentations, monitor KPIs, and stay informed about market trends to propose innovative solutions. This role requires a degree in business or related field and initial experience in digital advertising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's to Master's degree in business, university or equivalent.
• First professional experience in digital advertising or media agency, preferably in performance teams.
• Understanding of digital performance, customer acquisition, and data-related challenges.
• Proficiency with office tools and digital platforms (Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-service orientation and team spirit.
• Rigour, curiosity and a desire to learn in a stimulating environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure operational and commercial management of performance-focused digital campaigns.
• Participate in preparing recommendations and client presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Data, Product, Content, Marketing) to ensure proper execution of campaign solutions.
• Contribute to identifying business opportunities and implementing innovative solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, and propose optimizations.
• Stay informed about market trends and digital tools.
