Job summary

Airswift is seeking a procurement coordinator in the Île-de-France region to manage spare parts and materials for large industrial projects. You will raise requisitions, support tender evaluations, place orders, and track progress against milestones, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.

Candidates should have experience with SPIL, and CMMS platforms such as SAP, IBM Maximo, or Oracle, and be capable of expediting critical items and maintaining accurate master data for

• Experience coordinating spare parts and materials requirements for large industrial projects.
• Experience developing and managing SPIL (spare parts interchangeability lists).
• Experience with CMMS platforms such as SAP, IBM Maximo, or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase requisitions for approved spare parts and materials.
• Support procurement activities including tender evaluations and purchase order placement.
• Monitor procurement progress against project milestones.
• Expedite critical and long-lead items where required.
• Track manufacturing, inspection, documentation, shipment, and delivery status.
