Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish with advanced English proficiency.
• 2+ years in Customer Service or Technical Account Management in SaaS.
• Strong ability to understand and drive customers’ needs.
• Aptitude to explain and understand technical topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor to clients, building long-lasting relationships.
• Guide clients through HTML basics, APIs, and plug-in integrations.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and translate technical issues into clear steps for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Tech teams to improve service.
• Monitor KPIs like CSAT and first response time.
