Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAS in Toulouse is seeking an entry-level Space Systems Procurement - Buyer to support Studies and Commodity Management. You will manage sourcing activities, tendering, and contract negotiations to secure favorable purchasing terms in line with company requirements.

The role involves collaboration across a multidisciplinary team and requires proactive engagement with suppliers and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within aerospace/defense/high-tech industries.
• Negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Involved in sourcing activity and manage tendering and contract negotiation to achieve best purchasing conditions per Company requirements.
• Support colleagues in the team (Commodity Manager, Supply Chain Quality Manager and Project Supply Manager) as needed.
• Lead tendering processes and ensure alignment with Customer requirements and contractual flow-downs.
