The Exploration Company in France is seeking a System Functional Engineer to mature the propulsion fluid system from design to qualification, with emphasis on functional analysis and verification. You will lead analyses, drive architecture trades, and ensure safety and traceability as the system progresses towards detailed design.

Based in Bordeaux, you will collaborate with teams across domains and may travel to Munich.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Experience with 0D-1D fluid simulation tools (EcosimPro/Amesim) and verification methods.

Responsabilités

• Mature the fluid system from detailed design to qualification through functional analysis.
• Lead analysis tasks using advanced simulation tools and support design maturity.
• Contribute to system architecture trades and validation planning.
• Develop and maintain functional performance models and ensure traceability to requirements.
• Support FMEA and system safety targets through propulsion system analyses.
