Lazard seeks an intern for its Sovereign Advisory team in Paris. The position starts in March 2027 for 6 months. You will contribute to macro-financial analyses, create presentations, and support financial modeling on debt sustainability and restructuring.

Qualifications

Strong background in macroeconomics and finance.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Genuine interest in emerging markets and public sector issues.
Prior relevant experience is appreciated.
Proficiency in English and French; Spanish valued; other languages a plus.
Passport valid for travel when required.

Responsabilités

Perform macro-financial analyses and market updates.
Assist in elaboration of presentations and memorandums for active mandates.
Prepare materials for team marketing efforts.
Assist in financial modeling (debt sustainability, restructuring, balance of payments, project finance).
Conduct in-depth macroeconomic research and monitoring.
