Job summary

L’Oréal ABO is seeking a Sourcing Manager for Electronic Beauty & Medical Devices based in Clichy, France. You will manage end-to-end category sourcing WW for four divisions, designing supplier portfolios and leading RFQ processes to meet cost, quality and schedule targets.

You will negotiate contracts, drive supplier performance, and ensure compliance with sustainability and CSR standards across the innovation, development, industrialization and run phases.

Qualifications

• Direct sourcing expertise in consumer electronics or electronic devices.
• Proven negotiation, contract management and cost structuring skills.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams and manage supplier relationships.
• Data-driven mindset to leverage AI and digital tools for value creation.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Design supplier portfolio and scout electronic beauty device partners (EMS, ODM, JDM).
• Lead RFQ processes, cost-modeling, negotiations and contract management across phases from development to run.
• Steer supplier performance across pillars: Competitiveness, Innovation, CSR, Quality, Service.
• Implement L’Oréal’s risk framework and sustainable sourcing plan.
