L’Oréal Augmented Beauty Operations (ABO) in Clichy, France, is seeking a Sourcing Manager for electronic beauty devices to lead end-to-end category sourcing WW for four divisions. You will design supplier portfolios, run RFQ processes, model costs and negotiate contracts with partners across innovation, development, and run phases.

This role requires direct sourcing expertise in consumer electronics, strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in consumer electronics, electronic devices and similar industry sourcing.
• Proven ability to design supplier portfolios and manage RFQ processes.
• Ability to implement cost-modeling, contract negotiations and cross-functional alignment.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing Strategy & Scouting: design supplier portfolio and scout electronic beauty device partners.
• Project Delivery & Performance: lead RFQ, cost-modeling, negotiations and contract management across project phases.
• Supplier & Risk Management: steer supplier performance across five pillars including CSR and quality.
• Process Compliance and Sustainability: ensure compliance and deploy sustainable sourcing strategies.
