Job summary

Cainiao Group in France is seeking an experienced EHSS and Loss Prevention leader to develop, implement and continuously improve safety policies for our logistics operations.

You will audit and inspect, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions while partnering with operations to embed EHSS requirements in new sites and peak periods, promoting a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Safety and/or Loss Prevention.
• Strong knowledge of French occupational health and safety laws and compliance.
• Experience with EHSS and Loss Prevention management systems.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Fluency in French and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Experience in logistics/warehousing/transport/e-commerce in France preferred.
• Strong communication and incident management skills; cross-functional work ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve EHSS and LP policies for Cainiao in France.
• Manage audit and inspection framework; address gaps and corrective actions.
• Lead emergency response and incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Incorporate EHSS and LP requirements into new site launches and projects.
• Provide EHSS and LP guidance and promote safety culture across the org.
