Bigblue is seeking an entry-level engineer to assist with technical integrations under senior staff guidance. You will learn how to connect merchants with warehouse operations, document solutions, and troubleshoot complex setups in a fast-growing European logistics start-up.

You will gain hands-on exposure to ERPs and e-commerce platforms, working closely with product managers and engineers across Paris, Madrid, and London.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier engineering school (or equivalent).
• Eager to learn and explore new technologies.
• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
• Rigorous and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Technical curiosity about logistics tech and system integration.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish and German are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in executing technical integration projects under the guidance of senior Solutions Engineers.
• Support customer integrations by implementing defined processes and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Help design and document technical solutions for customer setups and system configurations.
• Learn about common customer needs, ERPs, and e-commerce platforms to provide technical guidance.
